When is AutoTech 2025 scheduled?
AutoTech 2025 spans three exciting days from June 3 to June 5, 2025. The conference and exhibition are scheduled for June 4 and June 5. The opening day, June 3, will showcase the AutoTech State of the Industry Summit hosted by Wards Intelligence, alongside the AutoTech Awards and various partner events.
Where is AutoTech 2025 located?
The event is coming back to Novi, Michigan, USA, and will be held at the Suburban Collection Showplace, located at 46100 Grand River Ave, Novi, MI 48374.
What are the show hours?
- Registration will be open June 3-5 from 7:30 am – 5 pm EST.
- Premium Conference will be held June 4-5 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm EST
- Exhibition will be open June 4 from 10 am – 5:30 pm and June 5 from 10 am – 4 pm EST
- AutoTech State of the Industry Summit with Wards Intelligence will be held on June 3 from 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm EST
- AutoTech Awards will be held on June 3 from at 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm EST
Is there an event app?
Yes! Visit your App Store and search ‘Informa Tech Events’. Once downloaded, you will be prompted to sign in. If registered, you will see ‘AutoTech 2025’. Open the event and begin planning your experience!
When will the event app go live?
The event app will go live for Sponsors and Exhibitors on May 5 (four weeks prior to show) and it will go live for attendees on May 19 (two weeks prior to show).
Is there a dress code?
Although the dress code is not strictly enforced, we suggest opting for business casual clothing. If you're attending the AutoTech Awards, don't hesitate to dress a little more formally! For setting up or taking down exhibits, closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

How do I register?
To register, please visit the registration page and find the pass type best suited for you.
Where can I find my invoice or receipt?
Once your pass is approved (if required), you will receive your invoice or receipt via email.
How do I upgrade my pass?

Do I qualify for a complimentary VIP Pass?
Executives in the automotive industry who hold a title of Director or higher, such as Senior Director, Vice President, President, or any C-level position, are eligible for our complimentary VIP passes. We also make occasional exceptions for titles that include 'Head of'. For VIP related inquiries, please contact Alex Radford at alex.radford@informa.com.

Where can I book hotel accommodations?
You can stay at the Hyatt Place Novi, conveniently connected to the Suburban Collection Showplace for easier access. Further details and booking code will be provided soon!
Is parking available at the venue?
There is ample parking available onsite at the venue. Parking is complimentary.
Awards
When do the AutoTech Awards take place?
As a highlight of AutoTech 2025, the AutoTech Awards, headlined by T-Mobile for Business, will occur on the first day (June 3rd) at 5 pm EST in the Crystal & Onyx Ballroom of the Suburban Collection Showplace.
Do I need a ticket to attend the AutoTech Awards?
Yes. You can add-on a ticket to the AutoTech Awards for an extra fee during your registration. The AutoTech Awards are included for VIP Pass holders and Speakers of AutoTech 2025.
