Angela Henderson is a supply chain and operations executive with 27 years of Fortune 500 leadership across global automotive and regulated utilities. She was selected as the inaugural Vice President of Supply Chain at Consumers Energy, where she built a 111-person enterprise function from the ground up, managing $3.2 billion in spend and delivering more than $120 million in savings alongside $900 million in working capital improvements.

Her 27-year career at Ford Motor Company spanned manufacturing engineering, international program leadership in Mexico, Germany, and Brazil, and culminated as Director of Global Supply Chain Strategy, where she impacted strategy and process for more than $120 billion in global spend across six continents. She demonstrated strong commitment to supplier relationship management, process discipline in business operations, while leveraging cultural competency to drive excellence.

Today, Angela is Founder and Principal Advisor of Henderson Executive Advisors, where she counsels CEOs and senior executives on operating model design, transformation, and leadership. She serves on the board of the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation and holds an MBA from Lawrence Technological University.
