Dr. Bahar Sadeghi is the Technical Director at the Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC), a cross-industry organization standardizing the connected ecosystem around vehicles and devices with solutions that combine convenience, security, and privacy protections. CCC is the trusted source for defining how vehicles interact with devices and the world to enhance the consumer experience. Dr. Sadeghi is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in wireless communications, connectivity standards, and cloud-based network management. Prior to joining CCC, she held senior roles at Microsoft and Intel, driving standardization efforts in IEEE 802.11, Wi-Fi Alliance, and 3GPP, with a focus on IoT, V2X, AI/ML, and 5G cloud deployments. Dr. Sadeghi holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University and is an inventor of more than 70 granted patents.
