Chandrasekar Krishnamurthy is the Global Director of Product Management within BorgWarner Power Drive Systems.

In this position, he is leading the global product management team overseeing product roadmap definition, product strategy alignment, platform solutions

development for new business opportunities, product safety, engineering excellence and AI Initiatives.

Krishnamurthy joined BorgWarner in August 2020, initially leading the systems and software engineering competencies. With over twenty years of experience

within the automotive industry including at companies such as Siemens Automotive, Continental, and HELLA Electronics Corporation, Krishnamurthy led the

integration of the systems and software teams after BorgWarner’s acquisition of Delphi Technologies. In addition, he founded the new Engineering Excellence,

Safety and Security organization established the Propulsion Engineering Center in India as well as the Chargers & Converter product line.

Krishnamurthy holds a Master’s degree in Sensor Systems Technology from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Germany and a Bachelor’s degree

in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. Krishnamurthy is active in the automotive industry as a member of the Society

of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
