Dalal Elsheikh is a young voice in the automotive design world, shaping the future of vehicle experiences at Rivian. As a vehicle experience designer, she blends her Master's in Transportation Design from ArtCenter College of Design and her Bachelor's in Industrial Design from the New Jersey Institute of Technology to create seamless and engaging interactions for drivers and passengers. Her career has taken her from Ford where she was an Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Designer, to designing user interfaces at Mercedes-Benz as a Visual UX Designer, giving her a unique perspective on the evolving automotive landscape. Her work spans both physical and digital touchpoints, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the automotive space.

Dalal's passion for cars extends to the screen, where she shares her insights as a presenter on NBC's Hot Wheels Ultimate Challenge. Being a first-generation Sudanese American has shaped Dalal's perspective and fueled her passion for inclusivity. She recognizes the underrepresentation of women, particularly women of color, in the automotive industry and is deeply committed to changing that narrative. She believes that diverse voices are essential to driving innovation and creating truly user-centric designs. Dalal is dedicated to empowering the next generation of female creatives, providing guidance and inspiration to help them thrive in this traditionally male-dominated field.
