Imad Zahid serves as Toyota Motor North America’s (TMNA) AI design engineering manager. In this role, Imad is tasked with expanding value across EV partners, both in North America and globally. His responsibilities include engineering cloud and mobile services for future Toyota and Lexus vehicles, generating customer - experience improvements and establishing engineering partnerships with technology and EV networks.

Imad previously served as the AI product manager at Toyota Connected North America (TCNA). Working in a dual-capped role with leadership across TMNA and TCNA to build novel AI services and establish an emerging market team. Imad has also held several roles within the multimedia development teams at TMNA.

Imad comes from a mechanical design engineering background. He formerly supported Tesla interior design teams and is passionate about blending art and engineering with his colleagues at Toyota.

In his spare time Imad likes to play guitar, drums and shoot photography. He and his family reside in the Dallas Metroplex.
