Marc Fecker is Co-Founder & CEO of Robo and a veteran technologist with over 30 years of experience designing and building connected digital solutions. A former VP of Innovation at FordDirect, Marc spent 17 years at the intersection of automotive and technology — creating innovation labs, architecting enterprise platforms, and pioneering digital experiences for Ford Motor Company and its dealer network.

Most recently, Marc led the creation of Winnebago Connect at Winnebago — an industry-changing connected RV platform that transforms the ownership experience through an in-vehicle touchscreen, companion mobile app, and IoT infrastructure. Developed through human-centered design with actual customers, the system delivers innovative features like Pet Minder, Severe Weather alerts, and Smart Energy Management, while also improving manufacturing operations, enhancing customer support, and generating new subscription-based revenue streams for Winnebago. The platform delivers over-the-air software updates and collects vehicle data that continues to unlock new business opportunities across the organization.

Marc holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and is a multiple patent holder. He has led teams exploring AI, augmented reality, robotics, and connected vehicles in automotive and mobility contexts for decades. Today, through Robo, he helps businesses harness emerging technologies including AI and advanced analytics to transform how they operate and engage customers.
