At Mercedes-Benz Mobility, she leads global transformations by blending systems thinking with human-centered change, leveraging her international experiences in Germany, the UK, China, and the U.S. With over 25 years of experience, Mona has led change initiatives in customer and dealer self-service, operations, and wholesale. She joined the global tech team in 2016, driven by her passion for people. Her current focus is on accelerating agile transformation by cultivating an agile mindset and fostering a culture of continued learning.

Mona’s strength-based leadership fosters adaptability and positivity, guiding teams from uncertainty to opportunity. Fascinated by the people side of the AI transformation, she believes our ability to contextualize, empathize, and express authentic connections will always be our human superpower in an AI-powered world.
