She currently serves as Vice President of Education and Strategic Partnerships for both the African American Automotive Association (AAAA) and Foxxtecca, where she leads the vision, design, and execution of national educational programs that advance workforce innovation, leadership development, and inclusive representation across the automotive and mobility ecosystem.

Pamela is recognized for curating immersive learning experiences that blend real-world engagement with strategic talent development, from national conferences and vehicle build programs to career and technical education (CTE) learning and development solutions.
