Pamela Brown-Matthis is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience driving transformative learning and development strategies across the automotive, food and beverage, promotional products, education, and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as Vice President of Education and Strategic Partnerships for both the African American Automotive Association (AAAA) and Foxxtecca, where she leads the vision, design, and execution of national educational programs that advance workforce innovation, leadership development, and inclusive representation across the automotive and mobility ecosystem.

Pamela is recognized for curating immersive learning experiences that blend real-world engagement with strategic talent development, from national conferences and vehicle build programs to career and technical education (CTE) learning and development solutions. Her work connects education to industry, empowering students, professionals, and underrepresented communities with the tools and pathways to succeed in high-impact careers in automotive.

As co-founder of the Educational Presenters Network (EPN), Pamela has delivered executive-level training, organizational strategy, and professional development solutions to leaders across education systems, Fortune 500 companies, and trade associations. Her expertise includes instructional design, workforce pipeline development, executive coaching, and large-scale program production.
