Partha Goswami has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry at multiple OEMs, working in R&D, Planning, and technology strategy, the most recent at GM as a Professional Fellow of technology trends & strategy. Currently, Dr. Goswami provides consulting and advisory services as Principal at PG Mobility Analysis LLC, focusing on emerging trends in CASE (Connectivity, Autonomous, Services, Electrification) and Software-defined vehicle. He also speaks at various industry forums, writes on the future of mobility, judges startup competition at GAMIC, serves on the board of Connected Vehicle Trade Association (CVTA), and is an ambassador of the COVESA consortium. In 2025, he was named in Automotive IQ's Top 20 Automotive Voices. He was also awarded by SAE International as the Class of Top 2025 Contributors.

He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mechanics from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
