With nearly three decades of leadership in advanced technologies, Paul brings deep experience in building and scaling platforms that power complex systems. At Wind River, his purview includes the company’s comprehensive solutions for the automotive, aerospace and defense, industrial, and telecommunications sectors—helping customers deploy intelligent, secure, and autonomous systems at scale.

Paul has been a key architect of Wind River’s cloud and edge software initiatives, including the company’s market-leading 5G Cloud platform based on StarlingX and its advanced Linux and VxWorks offerings used in billions of devices globally. His recent work includes shaping Wind River’s AI and software-defined strategies to address growing demand for connected, adaptive systems across industries.

Prior to joining Wind River, Paul served as CTO of GENBAND, where he oversaw architecture and development of globally deployed IP networking and multimedia solutions. He has led major transitions in telco infrastructure through OpenStack, SDN, NFV, and multi-cloud automation—delivering large-scale Tier 1 VNF deployments and holding a significant patent portfolio in network virtualization.
