Rob has over two decades in the automotive industry, including the last 10 years with Geotab, the world’s leading commercial telematics provider. He retired at the end 2025 and is now Principal Consultant at AutoMobility Advisors.

Rob spent 13 years with General Motors in the areas of communications, sales and marketing. His experience includes sales to fleet customers and fleet management companies.

Rob is a board member of the Connected Vehicle Trade Association. He also serves as an Ambassador for the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green Kentucky.

In 2025 at the Fleet Forward Conference, Rob was recognized with a new honor, the Lifecycle Award. It is given to individuals whose careers have left a lasting mark on the fleet industry through leadership, innovation, and service.

Rob and his wife Sharon reside in Oviedo, Florida.
