She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the automotive industry, and strongly believes in the power of working together for a better future.

In her role, she is responsible for strategic partnerships and steering the Network’s community activities. She is committed to bridging the gender gap in this traditionally male-populated industry, and ensuring talent is both attracted to join and have the resources to develop and be successful.
