Tu Le is Managing Director of Sino Auto Insights, a global mobility consultancy. He writes the popular SAI Weekly Newsletter and co-hosts the China EVs & More podcast to a global audience. He also mentors startups around the world as an Expert-in-Residence at TechTown Detroit.

Tu began his career at GM in Detroit and Warren, then spent 7 years in Silicon Valley at Apple and Logitech. In 2009, he moved to China, working at Ford in Shanghai and in leadership roles Chinese e-commerce startups before launching Sino Auto Insights in Beijing in 2017. After 13 years abroad, he returned to the U.S. in 2022 where he continues his advisory practice.
