2. Bookings can also be made via the Hyatt Place website. After entering arrival and departure dates, guests should click on "Special Rates" and enter the Group Code in the designated box (please ensure the "G" is included when entering the code).

Please note:

• All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
• The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods.
• Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.
• Rates expire on April 29, 2026 or until rooms are sold out.
