As the Productivity Services Manager at Volvo Trucks North America and Mack Trucks, Alex is leading the team responsible for creating a competitive portfolio of value-add apps and services for North American medium- and heavy-duty trucks, both diesel and electric. Connected services leveraging vehicle data enhance the ownership experience and safety of Mack and Volvo trucks. Alex’s team is responsible for carrying the customer voice and delivering customer success, while driving the company-wide digital transformation and generating revenue from digital services.

With over 25 years of experience spanning automotive, powersports and IoT industries, Alex has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of vehicle connectivity. He led or participated in a successful launch of over 30 connected products and solutions. Throughout his professional life, Alex was actively engaged with the leading technology associations, including Connectivity Standards Alliance and The Connected Vehicle Systems Alliance (COVESA). Out-of-the-box thinker and inventor, Alex holds two patents in the field of vehicle connectivity. He was a co-founder of two innovative start-ups that developed connected technology and award-winning products for motorcycles, ATVs and other powersports vehicles.
